The preschool is open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Monday through Friday (with exception of major holidays).
The following are the 2026 School holidays:
New Years – January 1st-2nd
Martin Luther King Jr. – January 19th
Presidents Day – February 16th
Spring Holiday -March 20th
Memorial Day – May 25th
Juneteenth – June 19th
Independence Day – July 3rd
Labor Day – September 7th
Veterans Day – November 11th
Thanksgiving Holiday – November 25th – 27th
Winter Break- December 21st – January 1st, 2027
Parents who pick up their children after 11:30 AM (for VPK), 12:30 PM (lunch bunch and half-day), 3:00 PM (early pickup), and 6:00 PM (for full time), will be charged a late fee. This fee is due IN CASH at the time of the pickup.
These charges are as follows:

| 6-10 minutes | $3.00/minute |
| 11-15 minutes | $5.00/minute |
If weather conditions cause the cancellation of Leon Public Schools, the preschool will also be closed. This is for the safety and well-being of children and staff.
